
Dairy Products Evaluation Club
About
The Dairy Products Evaluation Club provides opportunities to develop practical sensory evaluation skills throughout the academic year. Students involved in the club will acquire knowledge about dairy products production, along with skills to recognize and articulate sensory defects that are common in milk, cottage cheese, butter, yogurt, Cheddar cheese and ice cream. Members have the option so compete in a regional and national Collegiate Dairy Products Evaluation Contest each spring.
