English Undergraduate Student Organization
About
The English Undergraduate Student Organization (EUSO) welcomes all students from any major who are interested in writing or literature. Our purpose is to provide a place where students can learn and grow as writers, form connections, better the local community, and prepare for successful careers in English-related fields.
More about what we do:
Workshops: EUSO hosts a variety of workshops — including professional and writing workshops — to develop the writing skills of our members. Resumes and cover letters will be reviewed in professional workshops, and EUSO members will readily provide feedback on creative and academic pieces in writing workshops.
Publication Opportunities: “The Crimson Thread,” EUSO’s student-run online literary publication, offers monthly publication opportunities for students in poetry, fiction, and nonfiction. Submission information can be found here.
Semester Book Clubs: Join a community of readers to network and make new friends at one of our Book Club meetings. We choose a new and inventive book each semester and engage in thrilling discussions at bi-weekly meetings.
